The basis of this unique gin is an exceptionally smooth grain spirit, in which we have distilled juniper, coriander, orris root and genuine honey from beekeepers in the Litoměřice region. After distillation, careful ageing and dilution to the optimum strength, we have lightly salted the gin. The result is a fascinating contrast. You’ll detect a subtle hint of honey on the nose and discover a slight sweetness on the palate. Don’t be misled, however – the gin is not sweetened further and remains pleasantly dry. Thanks to its harmonious profile, it is the ideal choice for a classic Gin & Tonic as well as for cocktails where you want to let the drink’s pure structure shine through without overpowering the other ingredients.

When the gin is chilled, it may become slightly cloudy. This is caused by the aromatic oils from the distilled juniper, which precipitate at temperatures below 7 °C but dissolve when warmed. As with all our spirits, we recommend not chilling this gin.
