Our PEAR SPIRIT is made from Conference, Clap and Williams pear varieties. The source of the fruit for this distillate was the Polabská lowland in Litoměřice and the surroundings of Děčín. The pears were hand-picked, crushed and fermented properly and the result is a pure, fine pear spirit.
Since 13.5.2020, our PEAR SPIRIT has been a holder of the Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland regional product label.

We recommend storing and consuming at a temperature of around 18 °C. Temperatures below approx. 8 °C will cause slight cloudiness due to the precipitation of aromatic oils, so do not put in the fridge or perhaps in the freezer. You are unnecessarily depriving yourself of its aroma and taste.
