A popular fruit spirit mainly from the Top Taste and Čačanská Lepotice varieties. Our Plum spirit is fermented without pits to obtain a distinct taste and aroma of plums. Aging in an oak barrel for several months gives the plum spirit a fine taste and aroma of oak wood, in addition to its golden color.

We recommend storing and consuming at a temperature of around 18 °C. At temperatures below approx. 8 °C, slight cloudiness will occur due to the precipitation of aromatic oils, so do not put in the refrigerator or perhaps in the freezer. You are needlessly depriving yourself of its aroma and taste.
