Discover the seviceberry spirit, a piece of history and heritage from our ancestors. The service tree (Sorbus domestica), the largest and rarest wild fruit in Europe, gives the distillate its unmistakable character.
The individual service tree fruits are lovingly and carefully picked for us in the Czech Central Mountains by our friend Miroslav Špička. We consider his knowledge of local trees and respect for nature to be an invaluable foundation for the creation of this exceptional distillate.
After thorough sorting and natural ripening, the fruits undergo gentle fermentation and then careful, slow distillation in our family distillery, GALLI DISTILLERY. The result is a noble distilled spirit with a delicate almond-spicy aroma, with notes of raisins and honey, and a long and harmonious aftertaste.
This noble distilled spirit is ideal for festive occasions, as an original gift, or as an exceptional digestif after a meal.
Only 49 pieces of 500 ml bottles were produced, and each bottle has its own number.
On October 23, 2025, SERVICEBERRY SPIRIT won a gold medal in the Other Distillates category at the PÁLENKA ROKU 2025 competition.
No artificial colors, flavors, or flavor enhancers are used.
We recommend storing and consuming at a temperature of around 18 °C. At temperatures below approx. 15 °C, slight cloudiness will occur due to the precipitation of aromatic oils, so do not put it in the refrigerator or freezer. You will unnecessarily deprive yourself of its aroma and taste.
