The sweet and aromatic flavor of the Hungarian sour cherry variety Újfehértoi Fürtös, hard to pronounce for most of us, gives our cherry spirit a full fruity taste. In our distillery, sour cherries are traditionally fermented without pits. Aging in an oak barrel for several months gives the sour cherry spirit a fine taste and aroma of oak wood, in addition to its golden color.

We recommend storing and consuming at a temperature of around 18 °C. At temperatures below approx. 8 °C, slight cloudiness will occur due to the precipitation of aromatic oils, so do not put in the refrigerator or perhaps in the freezer. You are needlessly depriving yourself of its aroma and taste.
